Valeressa Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The entire product set is included in the return:

    • The cardboard packaging

    • The plastic storage container

    • The Valeressa body adhesive roll-on

If you purchased additional Valeressa units at a discount after your initial order, you may choose to return or cancel either:

  • Just the additional discounted units, or

  • The entire order, including the original roll-on

Note: The original product cannot be refunded on its own if purchased with discounted add-ons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if any part of the original packaging is missing, including:

  • The cardboard packaging

  • The plastic storage container

  • The Valeressa roll-on adhesive


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email Valeressa Support at:

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number, or

  • The full name used when placing the order

Our team will respond with detailed instructions, including the correct return address based on your location.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your Valeressa product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We’re happy to offer a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

For faster processing, include photos or a video of the item and packaging.


5. Product Variations

Valeressa is constantly being improved. The product you receive may slightly differ from the images on our website or in advertisements. By purchasing from Valeressa, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor design or packaging variations.


6. Customer Feedback & Product Enhancement

Your feedback is incredibly valuable!
We actively use customer insights to enhance Valeressa’s formula and packaging for improved performance and ease of use.


7. Refund Timeline

If you’re not satisfied, simply reach out within 60 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return

  • A photo or video if the product is defective

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
